Rising Stars Youth Theatre Co. exists for one reason --> to give kids and teens a place where they are taken seriously, challenged artistically, and allowed to shine — without being overshadowed by adults.
 

We are proudly the only youth theatre organization in the area exclusively dedicated to working with children and teens.

PROFESSIONAL YOUTH THEATRE TRAINING

Our Summer Theatre Intensives (STIs) and Fall & Spring Workshops are full-commitment, high-impact programs focused on professional-level training in:

• Acting

• Dancing

• Singing

• Character development

• Ensemble collaboration

• Live stage performance

These programs are selective, immersive, and designed for young performers who are ready to show up, grow fast, and shine.

We offer multiple divisions to ensure every performer is challenged at the right level:

• Junior Division (Grades 2–8)

• Teen Division (Grades 9–12)

• Mixed Division (Grades 2–12)

• Drama Division (Non-musical productions | ages TBA)

Programs are open to performers ages 7–18 (unless otherwise noted) and welcome:

• Students already working professionally

• Performers active in school or community theatre

• Young artists stepping on stage for the very first time

OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

• Inspire students to experience theatre from behind the scenes to center stage

• Teach foundational techniques for building authentic characters in solo and ensemble work

• Develop confidence, communication skills, and stage presence in front of a live audience

• Deepen each performer’s understanding of their role within the production as a whole
