Since becoming involved with Rising Stars Youth Theatre, my daughter’s confidence has SOARED! She absolutely loves theatre, and it has been amazing to watch her grow over the past two years. Her social skills have improved tremendously, and she has become a wonderful, supportive friend to those around her.

She is now so comfortable on stage, makes eye contact, and carries herself with a confidence that makes me incredibly proud. I truly feel that Rising Stars has helped her grow not only as a performer, but also as a person.

What makes Rising Stars so special is the positive and encouraging atmosphere. The staff teach the kids that hard work pays off, but more importantly, they genuinely care about them. My daughter has appreciated all of the guidance and encouragement she has received over the years.

She especially loves having Sam in her new role and seeing her get right in there with everyone on stage to encourage, teach, and support them. Sam is amazing, and so are Renata and Leo!

I am so grateful for everything Rising Stars has done for my daughter and for the confidence, friendships, and love of theatre she has developed along the way. And I have to say — I’m loving the Rising Stars apparel now, too!

I encourage people to come to Rising Stars because of your freedom, and creativy will always be seen. You will never feel like you are not enough and I feel that is important for kids now a days because of stareotypes and kids being pushed down. Rising Stars has been great to me and I hope you can join us this year.

Rising Stars made my daughter who she is today on stage. This was through hard work, (sometimes tough love) but also teaching these kids everyone has room to grow and the kids  learn to support each other through it! This in done through genuine support of each other.

I was continuously amazed by how much the children learned and how well they performed. You always go above AND BEYOND to make the show a complete success. Laura Rizzo you are a genuine, honest woman!!

Our family is so thrilled to have found Rising Stars Youth Theater. Our daughter's love for performing continues to grow with each show she participates in. We love the variety of the performances and how each cast member feels like a star whether they have the leading roll or are an ensemble member. Sloane has found a true passion for the stage that we can't wait to watch for years to come!

Congratulations! The patience and fortitude to get through all those shows with maybe 30 unknown kids must have been quite the journey. You deal with teenagers, you deal with small children, and parents, you deal with everything! With a smile on your face and strong shoulder.
You have made the best out of every group of children. You turn whatever is handed to you into gold! We very much and we appreciate your knowledge your instruction and most of all your integrity!

Outstanding.. they learn more in two weeks than they do in much longer programs!

My daughter did it this summer. She loved it! She’s going to do Wizard of Oz this year.

Rising Stars has been such a gift for our family. My daughter has loved theater since she was little, but it wasn’t until she joined Rising Stars that her passion really took root. She found more than just a place to perform—she found a second home. They see each child as an individual and somehow find a way to bring out the best in every single one of them. I've watched her grow more confident, more expressive, and more connected to herself and others with every production. The friendships, the laughter, the behind-the-scenes memories—it’s all magic. I can’t imagine a better environment for young performers to truly thrive.

Rising Stars has helped my child find a passion. What started as a fun summer camp has become a lifestyle for him and he has brought his siblings along with him. The ability to put together an amazing performance with school aged children in a very short  period is nothing short of a miracle and they succeed every time. We have definitely found a home with this theater family.

Rising Stars was a true blessing for my daughter.  Her theater debut was amazing.  Her confidence and skill set grew so much in just a few short weeks and watching everything come together to a full production was incredible!

Rising Stars makes you feel like you are a part of their family.  They are positive and professional.  My daughter has seen such growth with the three shows she has performed with this amazing company which has boosted her confidence and increased her love for theater.  We appreciated all Rising Stars has done for our daughter.

We did this summer camp last year for the first time and my daughter loved it so much we're doing both Oz and The Llightning thief. They do require you to audition to get into the summer camp but it's a zoom they only need to sing like a few lines of one of their favorite songs could be any song and then the director just asked a few questions most likely the younger kids are always just part of the ensemble they do send you all the lyrics and songs ahead of time so you can get familiar with all of the music. They did a great job last year with The Addams family we really enjoyed it and loved it.
